Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of SC / ST (POA) Amended Act, 2016 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to Set aside the dismissal order dated 06.03.2021 in Crl. M. P (MD) No. 374/2021 on the file of the III Additional District Judge (PCR Court ) Madurai and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.95 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police.

CRL MP(MD). No.3565 of 2021 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.144 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.144 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) No.144 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021 is relaxed in toto.
