Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to disburse the compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- as directed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.A(MD).No.239 of 2017 and Crl.A.(MD).No.498 of 2017 vide Judgment dated 09.03.2018 pursuant to the Receipt of the petitioner's representation on 01.08.2019.

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents herein to disburse the compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- as directed by this Court in Crl.A(MD) Nos.239 and 498 of 2017, vide judgment dated 09.03.2018 pursuant to the receipt of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
