Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to take necessary action against the sixth respondent for his illegal custody of the fifth respondent's properties in Survey No.160/4 in Thirusottruthurai Village, Thiruvayaru Taluk, Thanjavur District and ensure the smooth functioning of the fifth respondent's temple by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021, within the period stipulated as prescribed by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The writ petition stands disposed of by dispensing with the notice to the sixth respondent by directing the respondents 3 to 5 to take necessary action based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing any such order, the sixth respondent and other interested persons, who are likely to be affected by the order to be passed shall also be heard. No costs.
