ORDER

The petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit on 23.07.2025, stating that the remaining amount of Rs.6,20,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Twenty Thousand only) would be paid on or before 22.08.2025. Recording the same, the matter was adjourned to 25.08.2025. 1/3

2. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.08.2025, the petitioner appeared before this Court and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that short accommodation may be granted for the purpose of release of loan which she has obtained and the case was further adjourned to 28.08.2025, on the condition that if the order of this Court dated 23.07.2025, has not been complied, the matter would be dismissed. Even today, i.e., on 28.08.2025, when the matter came up for hearing, the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 23.07.2025.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed. No costs.
