O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, to complete the trial expeditiously in C.C.No.291 of 2005 within the time limit.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending without any progress for the past 11 years, which causes mental agony and hardship to the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is entitled for speedy disposal of the case, as per Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that the respondents are ready to cooperate with the earlier disposal of the case. 4.In view of the above facts, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai, to complete the trial in C.C.No.291 of 20105 and dispose of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
