The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the respondents in C.M.P(MD)No.4257 of in C.M.A(MD)No.9 of 2019 by way of paper publication in any one of Tamil daily having circulation in Tuticorin District.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Tuticorin Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 04.06.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 25.05.2026.

4. Post the matter on 04.06.2026.
