This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.11.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the respondent police has closed the petition.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not served and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
