Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner is an aided School. The petitioner wants to start an additional section for imparting education in English Medium. The petitioner's request was considered by the third respondent and proposal has been sent to the second respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to decide the issue.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
