Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Letter No.3702/Tho.Ka1(2)/2017, dated 10.10.2017 and the consequential order of recovery of the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1204/A1/2021, dated 10.12.2021 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to continue to pay the incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring B.Ed degree with revision scale of pay with reference to recommendations of VII pay commission.
