ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 267 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal against the award dated 13.12.2023 passed in MCOP.NO.1038 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special District Judge, Thruchirappalli.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this 1/3

petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that since the first respondent is already set ex-parte before the Tribunal, notice to first respondent may be dispensed with. The said memo is hereby recorded.
