O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents take appropriate action to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against some of the village people, who indulged in criminal activities on 06.02.2025, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation, dated 22.02.2025 and the same is under consideration and they will complete the enquiry within a week.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2025 and the same is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in Page No. 2 of 4

accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
