ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to survey the house property in Survey No.2/133C and earmark the boundaries of the property.

2.The petitioner, claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No. 2/133C, situated at Kovilannkulam Panchayat, Mundaveampatti, Natham Colony, made an application before the respondents on 08.05.2014 to measure the above property as per the revenue records and he has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far, no order has been passed by the respondents. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the application has been filed in the year 2014, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondents 2 and 3 and file a fresh application along with necessary fee to measure the property. On filing such application, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 08.05.2014 and survey the above property and fix boundaries, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
