ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 21.04.2025, directed the petitioner 1/3

to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance pending as on date before the learned Trial Court on or before 04.06.2025.

2. However, when the matter came up for hearing for reporting compliance before this Court today, i.e., on 05.06.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing has left with him to pay the arrears amount and hence, he is in a condition that he cannot pay.

3. In view of not complying with the order of this Court dated 21.04.2025, this Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3799 of 2025 is dismissed. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Petition is rejected in the SR stage itself. No costs.
