ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

2. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal before the authority under Section 41 of the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment Act, 1947. If within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, such an appeal under Section 41 of the Act is filed before the appellate authority, the same shall be entertained and numbered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the management within a period of five months thereafter. No costs.
