O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry by considering the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.17905 of 2015, dated 25.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the defacto complainant in this case has already approached this Court and obtained a direction directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to file the final report. Only pursuant to the order/direction of this court, the respondent police issued summons. After receiving summons, the petitioner has approached this Court with this petition. If the petitioner received summons from the respondent police, the petitioner has to attend the enquiry before the respondent police to comply the direction of this Court to complete the investigation and to file the final report in connection with the criminal case. He would further submit that the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons in the manner prescribed in law.

5. Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
