This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.561 of 2015,dated 17.12.2015, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.561 of 2015, the 1st respondent police has filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.4 of 2017.
