ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2023 seeking the respondents to remove/delete the name of the Dharma Trust Soundarapandia Pillai Mi.Sou in respect of old S.No. 354/1 and punja land in patta No.346 of S.No.38/11, 38/17 & 39/4, Mathur Velliankundram Village, East Taluk Madurai District. The petitioner seeks limited relief of his representation dated 27.01.2023 being considered and disposed of.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that even prior to the UDR, the revenue records have been mutated in the name of the said Dharma Trust Soundarapandia Pillai Mi.Sou and hence, there is no impediment for the 2/4

respondents to conduct an enquiry and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2023.

3. Considering the above, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
