ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, an FIR in Crime No.93 of 2026 has been registered. It was further submitted that, with the registration of the said FIR, the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 02.12.2025 passed in W.P.(Crl.)(MD) No.2316 of 2025 have been duly complied with.
