ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody in connection with Crime No.157/2021 for offence under Section 392 IPC on the file of the Thanjavur Town Police Station, Thanjavur. Hence, the detention cannot be termed as an illegal detention. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
