praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to complete the enquire proceeding in O.Mu.-Aa.2-86-2022 dated 18.01.2023 and cancel the Patta granted to the 4th respondent dated 26.07.2018 in RTR/1276/18 issued by the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 and reminder dated 19.03.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with. 3.All that the petitioner wants is the completion of the petition mentioned enquiry by the second respondent.

4. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass order 2/5

on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put on notice all interested parties including the private respondents herein before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
