ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner without the procedure of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) would submit that no case or no FIR is pending against the petitioner herein in the respondent police and hence, her presence is not at all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ required by the respondent police, at any point of time, till today. There is no harassment by the respondents police.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
