PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to pleased to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.10933 of 2024 dated 30-04-2024 for Committing the act of contempt of Court and pass such further order or orders as this Court.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 30.04.2024 in W.P(MD)No. 10933 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. Mr.S.Saji Bino, learned counsel for the respondents submits that against the orders passed by the learned single Judge in the connected cases, the State preferred writ appeals and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court issued an order of interim stay of the order of the learned single Judge. He would further submit that the orders pertaining to the present case is also connected to the same batch of cases and against the order impugned in the present contempt petition also, a writ appeal is filed and pending.

3. In view of the factual position, in our considered view, further adjudication in this contempt petition is not required. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file contempt petition afresh, if he got favour order in the writ appeal. 23.04.2025 Index :
