This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case, pursuant to the complaint dated 16.11.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 16.11.2015, this Court finds that there is a boundary dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party, inasmuch as both of them have purchased the properties adjacent to each other from the Society. Under such circumstances, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ police cannot be directed to conduct the investigation in an issue of this nature. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with

liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
