2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. (*)3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and to produce the receipt/acknowledgement before the learned Magistrate and executing the sureties is extended till 05.05.2023 failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled .
