The petitioner has come up with this writ petition for a direction to forbear the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein, his men or agents or subordinates or any one acting under him, in any way interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's shop No.477 Assessment no.6240141 situated at Race course colony, Natham Road, Madurai-625 007, without due process of law.

2. It is brought to our notice by the learned Special Government Pleader that the license expired on 12.09.2014 and nothing survives in this writ petition, as the petitioner has got no right to continue to be in possession. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
