ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by an order dated 15.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7254 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-[Rupees Five Thousand Only] to the credit of Crime No.31 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam, Tuticorin District, within a period of One week.

2. Since the petitioner was not able to deposit the aforesaid amount this Court granted two weeks time by order of this Court dated 27.07.2020.

3. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the aforesaid order and seeks one week time.
