For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 403 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 11(1), 11(4) & 12 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.403 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.09.2021 at about 8.30 a.m, the petitioner along with other accused teased and harassed the defacto complainant's daughter. Hence, the complaint. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the fourth petition filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail. CRL OP(MD). No.7667 of 2022 counter case in Crime No.404 of 2021. The petitioner is only 22 years old. If the respondent police arrest the petitioner, his carrier will be spoiled.

5.It appears that the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner along with other accused seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed considering the conduct of the petitioner. Now, this application is filed by the petitioners without referring the change of circumstances to consider the case.

6. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 27/04/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
