This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct the festival commencing from 13.06.2018 to 15.06.2018 in the stage put up in S.F.No.556 at Nallappudaiyanpatty Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 05.05.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting the festival commencing from 13.06.2018 to 15.06.2018 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the stage put up in S.F.No.556 at Nallappudaiyanpatty Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Since no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the third respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the submission made by both parties, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 13.06.2018. The petitioner shall submit a copy of a representation dated 05.05.2018 along with a copy of this order to the third respondent.
6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
