Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SATHYA CHITHATHAMBARAM.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.461 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to COVID-19 situation, the petitioner was unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
