[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her son viz., Manikandan before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the detenue has eloped with the daughter of the third respondent and a case in Crime No.191 of 2018 for the offence under Section 366 of I.P.C., has already been registered against the detenue and the same is still pending consideration. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
