Mr.Pala Ramasamy (in All Cases) COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to frame guidelines for recruitment process with regard to the appointment of sub staff in the Indian Bank and to appoint the petitioners based on their eligibility.

2.Though the prayers in these Writ Petitions are seeking Mandamus, against the respondents, for framing appropriate rules, norms etc., it is brought to the notice of this Court that in connection with the same, so far no representation has been submitted by the petitioners to the respondents. 3.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondents and the same shall be directed to be considered on merits, which

submission is agreeable to the respective learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to file their respective representations to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing of such representations, the same shall be dealt with on merits and in accordance with law and necessary orders be passed, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks thereafter, by the third respondent.
