This petition has been filed to direct second respondent herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2015, enquire the same and file a report before the court concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 17.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.12.2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
