Bhuvaneswari For Respondent : Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify the order dated 26.02.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3579 of 2025 has been passed by the Honourable High Court and report the Radhapuram Police Station, monthly once at 10.00 a.m instead of signing every Monday at 10.00 a.m as to comply with the said condition.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1/4

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3579 of 2025, dated 26.02.2025.

2. Ms. B. Bhuvaneswari, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that since the petitioner is working in private Company at aboard, it is very difficult for him to comply the condition imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has not complied the condition even for a single day.

4. In view of the nature of offence allegedly committed by the petitioner and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3579 of 2025, dated 26.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent 2/4
