ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2954 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.300 of 2025, dated 06.03.2025.

2. Mr.A.Mohammed Yusuf, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for seventeen days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2954 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.300 of 2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
