2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to mobilize the fund and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
