RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted for executing sureties before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1638/2021 which was allowed on 08.02.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MAHESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1638 of 2021 dated 08.02.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to financial crisis, the petitioner was unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
