This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.487 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, the first respondent, after completing the investigation, filed a charge on 10.02.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District and it was not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
