ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, enquiry in CSR No.1589 of 2025 was conducted and the same was closed on 22.09.2026, which was also communicated to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 16.10.2025 passed in WP.Crl. (MD) No.1542 of 2025 have been duly complied with.
