This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Esakkiammal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that preliminary enquiry was conducted and after completion of enquiry, the case was closed as 'mistake of fact'.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. In view of closure of the main Criminal Original Petition, there is no necessity to implead other parties.
