This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.08.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.11 of 2016 under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) I.P.C and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 by the respondent Police.
