O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the award made in the Lok Adalat, dated 23.11.2013.

2.It is seen from records that an F.I.R was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.52 of 2012, on 18.05.2012, for an offence under Sections 294(b), 325 and 506(i) I.P.C. The respondent police had filed a final report in this case for an offence under Sections 294(b), 325 and 506(i) I.P.C. The accused persons appeared before the Court below, pleaded guilty and paid the fine. This was reduced by way of award, on 23.11.2013. This award has been challenged in the year 2016.

3.At this length of time, this Court does not deem it fit to proceed further in this Criminal Original Petition. The entire case was over in the year 2013 and no useful purpose will be served by again re-opening the same.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
