This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.04.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 17.04.2018, was closed on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature. He has also produced a copy of the closure report dated 14.06.2018.
