2.The petitioner is said to have carried out certain contractual works for the second respondent. The petitioner would state that his bills are yet to be settled. He has therefore given the petition mentioned representation to the first respondent for release of the bill amounts. 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request for release of funds and pass an appropriate order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
