O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd respondent and consequently to provide police protection to the petitioner to enjoy the land in survey No.36/3C to the extent of 28 Aces and survey No.31/1 to the extent of 24 Ares to total extent of 62 Ares Nanja purchased by the petitioner as per the registered Exchange Deed in document No.233/89 on 21.06.1989, on considering the representations, dated 26.04.2016 and 04.11.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that civil litigations are pending between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent in A.S.No.33 of 2012 before the Sub Court, Pattukottai and till the rights of the parties decided by the competent civil court, the first respondent cannot provide police protection.
