ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) @ 376 I.P.C and Section 5(L), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.1483 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the allegations are only against A1, viz.,Manikandan. The petitioners are said to have given accommodation of the said Manikandan.

4.Considering the nominal role played by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Trichy and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

6.The said case has now been transferred to Srirengam, All Women Police Station. But no new crime number has been assigned in the said Police Station.
