Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender before the concerned Court and for depositing the amount of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Pudukkottai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.4823/2022, dated 14.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, he could not comply with the order of this Court.
