ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307, 379 IPC in Crime No.93 of 2018 on the file of the Gangai Kondan Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail was opposed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. The petitioner is having previous cases to his credit. All the previous cases pertain to sand theft. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner obtained acquittal in two cases. But, this Court can discern from this a pattern of the petitioner's conduct. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
