This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to to take the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 into investigation and register the same in accordance with law and file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.961 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. by the respondent Police.
