Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20580/2021, dated 12.01.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
