2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3.In view of the above fact that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22183 of 2022, dated 30.01.2023.
